 To ensure the paraprofessionals know\, understand\, an
 d can effectively apply Georgia’s Code of Ethics for Educators to their 
 daily practice\, the Paraprofessional Ethics Modules were developed by Geo
 rgia’s RESAs in collaboration with the GaPSC. The enhanced learning gain
 ed by paraprofessionals who participate in the training will help protect 
 them\, their colleagues\, schools\, systems\, community\, and most importa
 ntly their students\, by increasing professional and ethical practices and
  school safety. Some RESAs are using the modules as self-directed\; howeve
 r\, upon review\, district and/or school leaders may want to facilitate th
 e sessions since there are facilitators' guides available. Some are self-d
 irected\, but several do not appear to be self-directed.
  
 After regi
 stering\, district/school leaders will receive links to the facilitators' 
 guides\, PowerPoints\, and/or videos for the 10 standards.
