  instructional recommendations and resources to help educators integrate h
 andwriting seamlessly into daily instruction. Each guidance document align
 s with Georgia’s K-12 English Language Arts (ELA) Standards\, which take
  effect in the 2025-26 school year\, ensuring a consistent approach to han
 dwriting instruction across grade levels. These resources provide developm
 entally appropriate strategies to strengthen foundational literacy skills 
 and promote effective handwriting instruction from kindergarten through fi
