 nses for fifth-grade students in the Heart of Georgia RESA area to have ac
 cess to Vocabulary.com for diagnostic information.  These licenses are go
 od for one year.  If the quota of licenses is not reached by 5th-grade te
 achers\, then the invitation will be extended on a first-come\, first-serv
 ed basis to 4th-grade classrooms.
