 Course Purpose: To help teachers develop a system to de
 liver and manage feedback to a very large number of students during physic
 al education.
 Course Description
 The course is designed to help teache
 rs encourage their students by getting to know them better and understandi
 ng their needs as a student in PE. My goal is that this course will inspir
 e physical educators to develop and implement a system in their classrooms
  so that EVERY student can be noticed and encouraged. The course will help
  teachers to effectively encourage and impact EVERY student even with nume
 rous students and classes.

 erstand how to meet their student’s needs according to Maslow’s Hierar
 chy of Needs.
 Teachers will understand how to develop a rubric that will
  encourage student skill development
