 g: What's New for 2024-25?
 The 360Writing frameworks for 2024-25 are fun
 damentally similar to the 2023-24 edition\, though we have also made some 
 updates that look to the future as well. We think you will really like the
 se.
 What remains the same is the basic structure of the frameworks. For 
 each genre and grade level\, there are nine weeks of instructional and ass
 essment materials\, and a pacing guide for each week\, which you can follo
 w “as is” or in modified form.
 For the final nine weeks\, we will pr
 ovide a supplement on spiraling instruction in the three genres in grades 
 K-2\, and a supplement on on-demand writing for grades 3 and higher.
 In 
 terms of updates\, there are four to point out:
 
  Additional Multimoda
 l Writing Activities 
 
 
 The next generation of writing assessments i
 n Georgia in 2025-26 are slated to be multimodal (i.e.\, writing activitie
 s that include documents in multiple modes – not only reading passages b
 ut also video clips\, audio clips\, infographics\, data tables\, etc.). To
  help even our youngest students approach such activities with confidence\
 , we include additional examples of writing activities in which we help st
 udents first explore documents in multiple modes and then write about what
  they discovered! That said\, the exercises also remain current to the Geo
 rgia Standards of Excellence and End-Of-Grade and End-Of-Course Assessment
 s\, given that we have one more year of teaching these standards and admin
 istering these assessments. For instance\, in grades 3 and higher\, you wi
 ll continue to find several examples of paired-text extended writing activ
 ities. In short\, the 2024-25 frameworks remain grounded in the present wh
 ile keeping an eye on the future as well.

 KRA will host brief (i.e.\, 30-min.) webinars three times per quarter f
 or each grade band (one just before the quarter\, one approximately one-th
 ird through the quarter\, and one approximately two-thirds through the qua
 rter). These provide an outlet for you to pose questions\, discuss success
 es\, troubleshoot challenges\, and explore examples of completed student w
