 While training at the
  universal level around the world\, one of the common concerns was lack of
  familial participation in programs that supported Universal Behavior Supp
 ort (UBS). Through trial and error\, we have developed first some sure-fir
 e tips to get family members coming through the door to participate. We wi
 ll share ideas that work with Pre-K through Secondary.
 Once you have fam
 ily member involvement the first time\, how do you keep them coming to the
  school and participating in ways that support your UBS program? We will s
 hare ways to keep the family members coming and connected.
 The entire st
 ate of Pennsylvania is using Dr. Riffel’s family involvement program. Co
 mments from administrators have been they did not realize how many opportu
 nities they were missing and how easy it would be to change the climate at
  the school to encourage family participation that supported their school-
