Topic: This is a simplified competing pathway that reduces the jargon that often confuses people when writing a behavior support plan. Dr. Riffel taught Applied Behavior Analysis for Classroom Teachers at Georgia State University. While she loves applied behavior analysis, she has found that some of the terminology confuses people in the support team; especially, when we talk about the competing pathway chart.  Taking two years to research alternative words by sitting in behavior support teams, she developed a simplified competing pathway chart. This is the longer two hour version.
