This course will demonstrate the importance of supporting the writing progress of ELL students and teach participants several specific support strategies they can implement in their classroom to support their ELL students through all stages of the writing process (before, during, and after writing). This course will also discuss how to monitor and assess ELL student growth in writing to ensure that all students are making progress.
