This professional learning from the Georgia State University Child Welfare Training Collaborative focuses on resilience as a primary strategy for combating the effects of trauma. Participants will examine the characteristics of resilience and learn specific strategies for building resilience in children and youth. Participants will be better prepared to use resilience as a strategy to improve child wellbeing and help children recover from the effects of trauma.
