Next Gen Personal Finance wishes to expand support for districts, particularly with implementation of the new Personal Finance and Economics course.
If you're not familiar with Next Gen Personal Finance, it is an endowment-funded nonprofit that provides personal finance curriculum and PD – at no cost. Currently, there are about 2,300 teachers across the state using NGPF and over 7,100 hours of PD completed.
They have created a crosswalk document that aligns their curriculum and resources with the Georgia Standards of Excellence, which should be a helpful planning resource (link given in email confirmation of registration.)
