Presented by Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council, this training is brought to you by the RESA/GaDOE Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) project. There are a limited number of spots available for this training, and it will not be recorded.
This training is designed to support trust-building practices in school communities by introducing participants to factors of trust. It offers practical tools and techniques for evaluating interpersonal and organizational dynamics and cultivating meaningful connections by using a trust-based approach to education and leadership. Teaching school faculty, staff, administrators, and their community partners how to build trust contributes to reduced stress and improved mental health outcomes for individuals and the entire school community.
